正在是UCC3810设计两路反激电源。求助，芯片VCC供电该如何设计。芯片手册写着VCC最大值为11V，又启动门限为9.9V到13V。
如果是这样，那供电的电压精度岂不是要求很高？因为手册还写着VCC电流不能超过20mA。
按照标称输入28V，能不能提供一个比较容易实现的供电方案？
