LM25116方案，设计输入电压21~30V，输出7V/4A，工作频率300K。当输入电压较低，逐步加载至重载时，工作频率跳变为150K，逐步回调至轻载工作频率恢复为300K；与输入电压相关，输入电压高时无此现象。
HI RT控制是恒定频率的，如果是CLK同步是可以设置变化频率，请确认。
没有时钟同步，使用RT电阻设置频率。
