按照TPS65251手册中电路设计，第一路输出1.2V，第二路和第三路输出3.3V，电源启动后3.3V输出1.2V,持续20ms后开始缓慢上升为3.3V，输出波形有台阶，将3.3V信号的EN信号直接拉低，3.3V仍能输出2.5V
