想使用LMZM23601SILT设计输入24V，输出-5V~-6V的反向电源方案。
但输入24V后，芯片马上发出嘶嘶声烧坏了。损坏芯片的GND管脚（PIN1）和Vout（PIN6）管脚短路。
印刷电路板本身没有问题（不存在印刷电路板本身短路的情况），也没能找到原因所在。希望可以得到您的帮助。谢谢！
Want to use LMZM23601SILT as a output - 5V ~ - 6V power supply, with 24V input.
But the chip hissed and burned out immediately after the power was turned on. GND pins (PIN1) and Vout (PIN6) pins are short-circuited.
There is no problem with PCB itself (means no lines or holes short circuit in PCB itself). Hope could get your help. Thanks!
