OMAPL138内存电压1.8V无故上升至2.6V,如何恢复正常?

如下图所示,LDO生成1.8V给DDR2和IO口共同供电。前两天电压还正常1.8V,今天测量发现给内存供电的1.8V电压上升至2.6V,但程序工作正常。

所使用内存是一颗MCP(DDR2和FLASH封装在一起减小体积)标称供电电压不得超1.95V,但程序却能正常运行。

从BOOTME启动时,串口打印BOOTME,内存电压就已经是2.6V了。

焊掉磁珠L24后(断开内存+FLASH),IO1.8V恢复正常。
