我现在要用TPS70933替换掉我之前的芯片，因为之前EN脚是直接接到输入，我的输入电压是24V ，看规格书使能脚最高电压不能超过6.5V，请问EN脚可否悬空，保证我有3.3V的输出电压，谢谢！！！
