采用3X11 共计33只2500mAH锂电池组成的锂电池包（内部已经做了平衡部分，单口输出）。其功能为备用电源，正常情况下该电池不输出，由市电转换为12V给设备供电，停电时开始供电，现需要为这个电池设计一款充电器，对充电时间没有太大要求（期望做到0.2-0.5C充电）求推荐一个方案
