LLC 二次側二極體異常電壓突波

您好,

請問LLC 二次側蕭特基二極體在導通前有電壓突波,不知如何改善

上圖是LLC二次側兩個二極體的電壓波型,二極體導通前有一異常電壓突波

上圖是LLC一次側開關DS端電壓和二次側二極體電壓

上圖是LLC變壓器一次側電流和二次側二極體電壓

操作頻率220K, 諧振頻率180K

不知為什麼會有電壓突波?
