ucc24612应用相关, llc次级同步整流, 输出54V

拓扑如图所示,半桥开关频率在80k左右,输出54V,额定1.5KW,想用MOS管代替次级二极管,选用两颗UCC24612分别驱动两个半波,高边代替,按照EVM板子做了原理设计,最开始选用20K的限流电阻,驱动电压在4V,后来将限流电阻调小只5K,4.7K,3.3K,2.2K, VG电压基本上在7V+的样子不能达到9v, REG引脚上加10uF和2.2nF陶瓷电容,也始终是脉冲波形

想问问UCC24612是否能用在此条件下,另外REG引脚上的正常波形应该是什么样子
