收到芯片发现管脚有脏污，且有部分管脚有漏铜现象，请问大概是什么原因造成的呢？对芯片有没有什么影响？是否需要可焊接性测试？谢谢！

应该没有太大问题，毕竟只是边缘一点点，不会影响到焊接，具体你可以在焊接后显微镜看一下。
