最近用了LM5146方案做了几路电源方案，一组是12V/5A,一组是12V/3A,还有一组是5V/3A，输入电压范围是43-57V。
输入电压为45V,待机状态时(负载为各路负载电源的指示灯)，待机电流为0.1A,N-MOS和LM5146温度比较高，待机状态60多度了，想确认一下这个是什么引起的？有什么解决方案？
下面是layout图，依此为TOP/GND/PWR/BOTTOM
