我在调试TPS23881 POE功能，用USB2ANY烧写可以连接，选择8路2线模式，外接一个POE设备之后，发现设备不识别，也不上电，请教一下：
1. TPS23881是否需要firmware？我看Ti官网，提供code,但是没有相对应的编写文档。
2.外接PoE设备时，是否需要相关驱动？
