我在使用TPS62046DGQ，数据手册上输出电流1.2A，我的电路工作电流小于1A，但是TPS62046DGQ芯片工作时会比较烫，这是什么引起的？

这个芯片转换效率还算比较高，同时又热pad降温（热阻也不高），常温下工作，芯片不至于烫手的。
注意芯片的PowerPad与PCB GND充分焊接，并利用GND扩张，包括打孔到中间层，底层用于较大面积的散热（GND等同散热片）
