TPS63070如果上电前后级有电压（有比较大的电容），然后重新开始缓慢上电（缓慢上电是因为前级也有比较大电容），这样做有问题吗？会不会导致芯片烧
这是BUCK-Boost芯片，其内部MOS的摆放可以防止输出电压倒灌到输入电压，只要你输出电压不要高于其所能承受的值就不会损坏内部MOS管。
