TPS5430做负压输出时电压不稳

搭一个运放电路，需要正负15V供电，现在想用DCDC正压输入负压输出产生-18V电压，再用7815产生-15V，参考TPS5430负压电路调试时发现， 不接负载时，电压-18V正常，但是一接负载（20mA以内），输出电压就变成-3V左右，测试占空比没有变化，只是振荡幅值变得很小，不知是哪里原因，电感用10uH、22uH都不行。
