TPS54360后级接TPS5410输出电压不正常

电路设计输入电压48V，通过TPS54360将电压降至24V，然后通过TPS5430将24V电压降至5V。焊接好电路板给电路上电，TPS54360输出电压为11.34V，当把TPS5410与TPS54360之间线断开，输出24V正常，不知道是哪里出了问题。
