LM3481用作反激电路的控制芯片，输入5v,输出4.5V到6V变化，在没有反馈电路的作用下，用示波器测FB脚电压稳定在1.275V，驱动波形刚开始最大占空比输入，等输出电压稳定到5V时，驱动波形只有三分之一占空比。现在不加反馈电路，加了反馈电路和不加反馈电路的情况一致，并且基准的变化无法改变输出电压波形。请问芯片哪里出来问题？
