TI的电源芯片LM3481的使用问题：更换MOS影响网口速率

您好，
我们目前用TI的LM3481的电源IC，SEPIC结构，9-36V输入19V输出。
    这个电路的MOS，TI推荐Si7386DP或者RJK0305DPB。
    我们目前用vishay的SQJA64EP，出问题，干扰网口，导致网口传输速率降到10MB/s。
    如果用vishay的SQJ412EP，则网口传输没问题，速率可以达到100MB/s。
    请帮助分析原因，以及提供对策！暂时换MOS管解决问题。
