TPS43060空载时MOS发热

使用TPS43060升压时，把所有的功率电阻电容都焊上去了，芯片没有发热了。但是空载时，两个mos发热。尤其是下桥mos，下桥mos的g极是有pwm信号的，但是上桥mos的g极信号和其s极是一样的杂波信号。另外，输入设定26v被拉低到4v，输入限定电流也达到限定值。请问这是什么原因？谢谢！！
