您好，今天在使用过程中，上电后Q6,Q7,Q8三个指示灯均不亮，R3冒烟、发热严重。
输入电压为AC 90V，限流1A输出负载为4K。
这个R3的在板子中的作用是什么呢？发生问题的原因可能是什么呢？
