客户需要实现支持12V输入，支持USB3.0（实际应用可能是通过HUB线实现DCIN+USB3.0).  对于这种应用，客户想确认下面的设计是否正确。只是用CC Controller 是否能够实现这种功能。第二用于配置控制的CC Controller 资料放在哪里？参考线路有通过SMBUS来控制的，是否需要额外添加一个ROM。
