TLV431原理图如附件，批量后个别电压1,2脚对3脚电压为3.163V，TLV431器件损坏。TLV431 3脚（Anode）对1（REF）脚，2（Cathode）脚，用万用表二极管档量为开路，或者比正常的器件高0.1-0.2V。请问器件可能的损坏原因是。
