UCC28740DR 做的反激电源无法带负载，电压输出5V，但是接上负载（给手机充电）后就降到1.2V左右，电路是使用WEBENCH® Power Designer设计的。
CS处没有电压，示波器不能和电路板共地，上次直接把板子烧了。
建议查下变压器极性；上传下变压器设计。
是按照这个参数来设计的，没有用三明治绕法。
示波器供电的时候，要把供电电缆的地线去掉。
