上电后，EN使能，PWM输入，C1N、C1P管脚电压跳动，GD管脚电压跳动，电压无升压，是什么原因？

你的VDD给多少电压，CPUMP电压是多少(正常的是2倍的VDD电压左右）？ 这个chargepump电压输出是用来驱动MOS Q1的必须稳定输出。
先确认chargepump是否稳定工作，如果稳定，在测试Isns是否促发保护。 （外围电路pin脚设置你可以看看datasheet这么设置的）
