Hi team 

Good day

客户向设计一个脉冲恒流源，信息如下，麻烦帮忙看下：

设计一个脉冲恒流源，输入为20ns脉宽，周期为2ms的脉冲，达到输出跟随脉冲输入，20n脉宽，2ms周期的恒流源输出，要求恒流源电流可调，最大可输出500mA的电流，帮忙看下有什么方案设计。
