LM5121升压电路不工作，输出与输入电压接近，请大神帮忙看下，谢谢

我们用的一个LM5121的升压电路，输出电压和输入电压差不多，没有升压，电路见下

用示波器量Q4002,Q4003上的门极，Q4002一直是打开的，Q4003一直是关闭的，开关电路没有工作

不过用于UVLO的Q4001可以正常通断，LM5121的VCC也有7点几伏

请大神帮忙看下，谢谢
