求助，5509A芯片无法和仿真器连接

用的是JTAG接口，仿真器是XDS100 V2+，CCS是5.3版本，用Target configurations生成配置文件，然后Launch Target configurations，并手动连接芯片，但是一直出现如下图所示的错误提示，仿真器用别的板子试过，是好的，不知道如何分析和处理这个问题，望各位高手帮忙。
