C6748 更改CLKOUT功能问题

想通过CLKOUT / UHPI_HDS2 / PRU1_R30[13] / GP6[14] T18  将DSP的工作时钟引出来通过示波器观察确认下，但是OCSEL寄存器改不了，，，无论是在线改寄存器还是在gel或者主程序，都改不了，一直是14h，我想看其他分配信息看不到，，请问这个有什么保护吗？
