C6678，SRIO，wait_SRIO_PLL_LOCK 始终通不过

调试SRIO，输入始终312.5MHz，配置为1x,3.125GHz 速率，单步调试，到了函数Keystone_srio_Hyperlink_serdes_init()，按了一下F5，正常应该进入还函数内部，可是直接进入wait_SRIO_PLL_LOCK ，不知道怎么回事。
