对这个版本的SDK有以下几个问题：

1。 通过sdk安装文件 安装后，SDK下所有的库是不是都可以直接使用。在使用前是否需要其它的操作？什么情况下需要rebuild?

2.。 在关于这个sdk的文档第1.4.2.1.1中关于Setup Environment。有一个note :You must re-run this batch file any time you open a new terminal.  这里a new terminal指的是什么， 什么情况下必须重新运行setupenv.bat。
