用TMS320F28335PGFA设计的控制板，上电2分钟内ADC采样正确，2分钟后ADC采样错误，并且会一致ADC采样错误。
模拟通道的模拟量都是对的，芯片外围电压信号都正确，晶振也正确，为什么突然会有这样的错误？重新上电，这种现象可以重复出现。
