1、TPS3420的TS脚接VCC时，REST输出为N/A，是什么意思，是12.5秒会输出低电平吗，还是说不建议使用，输出不稳定。

2、输入 PB1一直为低电平，当PB2 为低电平时，12.5秒后, REST会不会输出低电平，当PB2为高电平时，RESET才变为高电平。
