用了CCS9.3  安装了DSPBIOS5.42,  图形化工具不能用了， 出现  Unable to create BIOS Config Server,  并且编译时内部调用TConf 也出错，C:\ti\bios_5_42_02_10\xdctools\C:/ti/bios_5_42_02_10/xdctools/tconf: can't create session manager: create of JVM failed，     不能创建虚拟机，  看了TI 的英文网站， 出要把BIOS的路径加入到系统变量了，  可我加入后，问题依然存在， 那位可以指教下。。。
