ASSERT (system_ipc_msgq.c|System_ipcMsgQCreate|173)

查找代码得知是MessageQ_open(msgQName, &gSystem_ipcObj.remoteProcMsgQ[procId])出错，返回值是-5；msgQName4=VIDEO-M3_MSGQ；
