DM8168 rom不能启动uboot

Dear Ti专家

DM8168外接2G MT29F2G08ABAEAH4  nand flash；

1、确认uboot已经烧入nand flash；

2、通过仿真器把uboot放入0x40400000位置，uboot 可以正常启动，并且串口有打印

加电板子后，通过仿真器查看rom运行到25bfa地址，出现异常；
