如题，我想将编码后的帧通过网口进行传输，但传输过去，软解显示时，出现花屏及延时很大的情况。
我使用的是UDP组播进行发送，请问是我的做法有问题吗？
代码如下图所示。
谢谢解答，问题解决了，PC端软解程序的配置有些问题，重新配置后就行了。
