1.DM8168能否对一幅1080P的图像的一部分进行切割，然后给到encode link进行编码？

如果你的意思是只编码一副图像里面的部分内容，这是可以的。以h264enc为例，需要做的是输入buffer的指针指到图像开始的位置，然后配置编码的captureWidth为图像原始的宽度，inputWidth为实际编码的宽度。
