omapl138-lcdk 开发板，OTG只识别一次是为什么？

我们照着TI开发板画的自己板子，发现USB OTG 做主的时候，插入U盘，只有第一次可以识别，之后再次插拔就没反应了，不管插入鼠标，还是其他设备效果都一样。于是把TI的开发板又跑起来，发现OTG同样现象，都是用的TI SDK里面的uboot和kernel、rootfs。
