am3352芯片nandflash读不到ID

  我们之前用TI公司的am335x-starterware软件开发了一款产品，nand用S34ML02G100TFI00芯片，近期芯片停产，现在换型为S34ML02G200TFI00，区别是原来为1bitECC，现为4bitECC。

    现在读不到deviceid，请教各位专家这是什么原因导致的？
