ARM MPU AM4378 General Purpose EVM评估板的晶振电路进行了分地处理，这样进行分地处理有什么好处？可以不进行分地吗？另外它对应的电源域VDDS_OSC 的去耦电容需不需要接在GND_OSC地上然后再通过0欧姆电阻接GND上？评估板上的晶振电路如下图1，2所示
