PRU SUART版本：1.2

问题描述：

在使用PRU SUART驱动时，且Linux采用RT-Preempt，中断线程化

在PRU串口收发时，很容易复现BUG: scheduling while atomic异常

是不是驱动irq中未考虑抢占问题？
