请问中间的一块红色区域（177管脚PWRPAD）需要和PCB的地相连吗？还是从芯片内部有连接？
除非忽略掉安全间距设计规则，不然PWRPAD和GND网络连接不上啊，也引不出来连线，请问有没有解决办法呢？
