自己画的板子，遇到了这个现象。
硬件部分：F28335前端连接了74ALVC164245电平转换芯片，将外围芯片的5V信号转为3.3V送到F28335的四个IO口：GPIO6、GPIO7、GPIO8、GPIO34.
当我将74ALVC164245焊接上，且未连接外围芯片，即74ALVC164245的5V输入端悬空，此时，74ALVC164245向以上四个IO口输入高电平。
进入在线调试模式，单步运行时提示：
C28xx: Can't Single Step Target Program: (Error -1156 @ 0x6) Device may be operating in low-power mode. Do you want to bring it out of this mode? Choose 'Yes' to force the device to wake up and retry the operation. Choose 'No' to retry the operation without waking the device. (Emulation package 8.0.27.9)
同一个电路，当我把74ALVC164245拆除，F28335可以正常在线调试运行。
请问出现上面这个问题的原因是什么？是不是与初始状态向以上四个IO口输入高电平有关？
