TMS320F28377SPTPT 短路问题

目前一共小批生产 200套，产品在做公司做正常运行时，发现dsp（TMS320F28377SPTPT）有损坏，表现为供电3.3V短路，然后芯片拆下来，最终发现是36脚，54脚对地短路了。去年12月生产的50套有4pcs损坏，今年的生产的150套也有4pcs损坏。因为是偶发损坏，故障比较难复现，有什么好的建议去排查吗
