是不是说额定电压200V，额定转速3000转，那么电机达到1500转的时候端电压就是100V，达到额定转速的时候是200V
这个一般要看你的电机的反电动势常数，然后根据转速来算。

不是一样的，反电动势一般会比额定电压小，不然怎么有电压差产生电流从而产生力矩呢。
