使用芯片tms320f28027f,例程是用lab20,看到hal.c中前两次采样的通道配置成一样：
在读取AD值的hal.h中有如下注释：
看不懂这个注释，是不是AD配置时，第一次采样值一定要舍弃，这是与芯片问题导致的么？
