在使用F28035时，CLA变量不能直接在定义时初始化。由于CLA代码是在中断驱动环境中执行的，所以没有C系统引导序列。因此，全局/静态数据初始化必须在程序执行期间完成，或者通过一个CLA任务来实现。

但是在使用F28377D时，例程中直接对CLA变量初始化。

为什么两个不一样？
