MSP430F5528IRGCT的防潮等级（MSL）是第3级，
根据J-STD-033D标准必须在打开包装后168h内消耗完。
我们实际情况不可能在168小时内消耗掉一盘全部2500pcs，
因此需要对剩余的IC进行烘烤。
该IC为边带+卷盘包装，希望可以提供一下所用边带和卷盘分别允许多高的烘烤温度，以便我们确定烘烤条件。
