bootloader的意思就是说你可以通过I2C或是UART口去离线下载程序。不需要通过JTAG口。
UART比较常用，可以在上位机上通过软件烧写。 I2C更偏向于通过另一块MCU想430进行烧写。

BSL的目的是为了在不通过JTAG连接的时候可以更新MCU的程序。
BSL相当于一个后门，这个后门和另外一个给他升级的设备通信的接口方式可以设置为IIC或者串口~
