选用CY7C64315做USB controller
但是PCB板子的宽度是3mm，目前使用的IC（CY7C64315）的规格是3*3*0.6mm，现需要寻找规格更小的IC，麻烦帮忙看下是否能找到比CY7C64315更小的IC？
